Pasta Piatti
Ashland's best Italian Resturant!
In my oppinion, this is the greatest Italian Resturant in Ashland Oregon
The Pizza is alway amazing, but today I went for the Pannni Club. It was great! Smoked Turkey, Swiss Cheese,Tomatos, lettuce, Bacon and an amazing Pesto spread. The only complaint I would have is this, If you are going to make a Panni, you really need to grill up the meat. It was a warm sandwich, except the meat was cold...that tends to be a bummer.
Later that night we went to Standing Stone Brewery
I dont know about you, but I am always in search for great places to eat. Even if I am out of town, I like to know where to go. If anyone has a good recommendation, take a picture of the dish and email me.

Taylor had this really great, Organic Pepperoni and Basil Pizza
I had the Fish Taco's and I must say it's hard to find good Fish Taco's. These were called Fish Taco's with Wasabi Aioli, they were just the right spicey. I have had better, for instance in Lincon City Oregon and CR Gibbs in Redding, California. Still Very Tasty.
Kevin had the Ribs with a Teriaki Cream Sauce. He said it was great!
Taylor had the Burger, I would not recommend this for your kids. Its on a Ciabatta Bread, sightly under cooked with Organic Catsup....not a party favorite.

I will post it here so we can all benefit!
This dish was Mussels in a Cabernet and Cheese Sauce with Saffron.
We enjoyed this at the Culinary Institute in St. Helena
